cso.dave Posted March 21, 2006 Share Posted March 21, 2006 This may be off-topic but I need help pretty fast. For the past couple of weeks, my parents have been arguing a lot. My mom just got a new job and my dad comes around 8 every night so my mom complains that he doesn't do anything such as chores and that he has the easy life. She also says that when she gets her new job, things are going to be a lot busier for her so she can't take this lifestyle anymore. She also worries about me and my grades (which are not bad considering im in my sophomore year in high school with a 4.14). I am not sure what to do. I need help to fix this fast before it escalates into something worse. Link to post Share on other sites

The wife has to work and also do stuff around the home. No wonder she is so stress out. Since your dad gets home so late he probably wants to just rest and watch t.v. My advice will be, talk to your mom and tell her you want to help her make her day better. Sometimes women want someone to talk to about their day and to offer help without asking. Be attentive towards your mom. It might be very difficult for her to balance a new job and housework. Talk to your parents (i know this is difficult) if not you can always help around the house.
