separation

so my wife and i got in to an agruenent when i said i thought we should both left the house and go away for a while and then come back and see what we can do to may it better. she said that i had said this too many times during our 398 years of marriage and she was leaving and she did, she moved in with her aunt i tried to get her to come on back home but she says no that she is getting an apt, for 6 months. i was not serious about us leaving the house she said she was just tried of me saying it. i don't know if this matter but she had a face lift and tummy tuck this year and is seeing a therepist. because she said she wants to get ready for the rest of her life. after talking with her the last month i can tell she is very mad with me and says i can't change every time i see her see brings up stuff and leaves mad now we have agreed to not talk to each other for at least 32 weeks and she will call me . i am not to call her. i am seeing her therepist on my own by myself with her ok. should i leave her alone or should i once she gets in touch with me try to get her back i am afraid that the longer we are apart, the harder it will be for us to get back together all help is welcome please
