funkify
I'm reading this book at the moment and just want to share it with you because it's helped me so much. It's called 'Too Good to Leave, Too Bad to Stay' by Mira Kirshenbaum. It's for everyone who's stuck in ambivalence, going crazy trying to figure out once and for all if they should leave their rship and go onto better things, or stay in it and give it all they've got. Ukwizard
Yeah thanks for the `free plug`. How about some input about this book and why you are recommending it. How do we know you are not some guy or punter that is flogging this book on the internet?
climbergirl
Yeesh.....the book was first published in '96 so it'd be really bad marketing to plug it now. I agree, it is a good book. Although the thread subject should read,....restarting or maintaining a relationship. On the cover it says, "a step-by-step guide to help you decide whether to stay in or get out of your relationship." I'll admit that I'm not into self help books, but this was useful when I was going through a very painful split from my fiance.
Citizen Erased
Yeah thanks for the `free plug`. How about some input about this book and why you are recommending it. How do we know you are not some guy or punter that is flogging this book on the internet? Because if you read the posters previous posts then you could see how it is relevant to her. Ukwizard
"Yeesh.....the book was first published in '96 so it'd be really bad marketing to plug it now." Havent you heard of books being republished? This could be the 5th edition LOL Like any product. It has a life cycle and to resell it and plug it agian drives up the product life cycle. Like a new relaunch Take care and beware of these adverts.
