If you didn't see him following you, it could be because he's getting smarter at hiding. Don't think you're a detective here; you have *no* idea what he's up to or what he plans to do next. These guys can go away and pretend to be doing nothing for a long time and then come back again. You really don't want to believe he could be a real problem; do *not* make that mistake; it could be fatal.
