My boyfriend had broken up with me, and he did it in the most pathetic way possible: he wrote me a letter. I was angry at him, but the anger subsided when he asked me to remain friends with him. I did for a while, we even went out as friends. But I realized we both changed, we had our own seperate lives now. I knew I just couldn't be his friend, and it wasn't because I still loved him. It's not good to cling onto an ex. No matter how friendly you guys are, it just won't be easy to go on as if nothing ever happened between the two of you. But if you find it hard to talk to him, it doesn't necesarily mean you still have loving feelings for him. Just move on, and forget him. My ex wants to become friends with me at the time we broke up.
