How often do you girls reject guys?

From your experiences lets say you are available (no relationship), and a guy asked you out on a date but you had no interest in him, how do you typically turn him down?

 

and how often do you get in that situation?

 

Im just wondering if im over-exaggerating the idea that his happens alot.
