How can you do it when food is right in front of your face?.... my problem is that i try to eat a small pc. of fruit for breakfast, no lunch, and try not to eat dinner but i end up stuffing my stomach till i look pregnant!!!!!!!!! i That's because trying to survive an entire day on one piece of fruit is ridiculous. Think of your body like a car. It NEEDS gas to run. You can't put two drops of gas in your car and expect it to run fine. You have to eat less, not nothing. You need at least 1200 calories a day just to run your heart and brain and lungs and stomach. So what you do is eat but eat small meals and don't eat fatty foods. Link to post Share on other sites

If you are fasting during the day then eat until you look pregnant at dinner that is not eating right. Your first meal of the day should be the biggest and each one smaller after that. At night you will sleep soon and all the food in your stomach will take forever to digest and burn and instead convert to fat. You have it all backwards. Link to post Share on other sites
