Woman is trying to determine if her man has done something bad that maybe she would need to know about. ie...unfaithfulness... A woman says to man: "Do you think everyone has a conscience"? Meaning he puts himself in the same catagory as maybe how others see themselves as being a normal human being with a "normal" conscience. Other than that I have no clue.
