who's been thru this??

Recommended Posts

OK I don't know yet if this is the situation with me but just curious about others out there if they've been thru this sorta situation like for example say you were concentrating on just staying single because you were leaving for college in a matter of months or moving..whatever the reason was,out of the blue you gain interest in someone plus found out that person likes you back but decided you wanted to hold back by giving a lil lie I guess, saying you weren't interested and just tell the person want to stay strictly friends or nothing at all... because leaving in a few months or however long

If you're life is going through a lot of changes it's not a good time for you to start anything. It's not fair on you and it's not fair on them. Since I went to Uni a lot of the things and people "I knew" have changed and so have I so I'm not returning "home" when I finish. That was the past and I can't go back to it. Perhaps a part of me is sad but maybe a part of me is glad.

Its been just a month since my ex broke up with me in our long distance relationship.

I would say its best not to get involved with anyone, especially if you are leaving to college very soon (a similar situation to mine).

As aleatoryd pointed out, its best not to jump into things too early. In relationships, people will undergo all sorts of circumstance and sometimes not being able to be physically there all the time will have an affect on them. Unless you've dated that person for sometime, long-d has a better chance of working out. But other than that...its really not fair to that other person or yourself. It will most likely not work out, and someone will get hurt. vbmenu_register("postmenu_774475", true);
