There is one new ColdPlay track off of X&Y that makes me sob like a little girl. It's the new single. ColdPlay was me and my ex's band, so I can't even dare to listen to A Rush Of Blood To The Head.

YES...I have a love/hate relationship with that song. If I am in a good mood I refuse to listen to it, like all other sad songs...But, sometimes I just need to cry and get it all out, which actually helps. I believe music can be therapy. I do not know what I would do without music and my breakup.

 

I miss you- Blink 182 is another sad one for me.
