Well for one thing he's decided not to answer my points :( Maybe he's offline.

See what I mean? :)

Your assumption was correct - I was offline. I don't stay here 24/7.

However, what's interesting is the *tone* that came along with your assumption. It came across as me *ignoring* you. Completely wrong.

Another example of how assumptions can lead to misunderstandings and possibly worse. :)

People here have directed helpful posts towards you before, Smoochie. Did their advice change your point of view or did you disagree with their insight and let it go in one ear and out the other?

Yeah, the *advice* that mentioned something about blow-up dolls went in and out quite quickly.

It changed my POV in that I lost respect for the poster due to their chronic case of immaturity and that reading *advice* from such parties is a waste of time. :)

What's "possibly worse" and what were the other assumptions? And I'll refrain from assuming you don't want to address my points of above.:p

If you're gonna be a friggin' smartass about it then your points won't be addressed. How's that for being serious?

Well really that depends on what you mean. Did the OP find it comical? In some cases yes in others no. If so maybe they were trying to cope and present it in a lighter note or maybe it was self irony, both very common reactions to vulnerability. Did the ones responding made fun of the issue? Some most definitely have done that and they are the ones who will *fruit out* and stick someone on ignore when the heat gets too hot for them. I've very rarely seen that on LS as opposed to other places. I have yet to read the "Hey dude, feckin' jump if you wanna, quit bothering us" reply but you know what? I wouldn't be too shocked, it's a common practice in dealing with suicide.

What I'm trying to say here is that I'm still not convinced that the "light" coping skill is "weaker". You and I will simply agree to disagree on that issue. Case closed.

Now, bare in mind I'm rather new here AND have no PMs:lmao: Yeah, and you seem to have meshed rather quickly here which makes me wonder if there is some *prior history* at play. hence I am completely out of what seems like a longer ongoing dispute. The reason why I say that is that from what very little I've gathered from other threads the complaint is that you've been aggressive Yeah? And? and I am willing to bet others were towards you as well. Yes indeedy and that where I learned my online aggressiveness. Now they are bitching and moaning cuz I am simply throwing their s*** right back into their faces! :lmao: So again I am not taking any sides here and have zero idea what the history is here. I'm sure you will *take sides* here... that's how this site seems to be.

Whoever this person is -and despite some guesses I do not know for a fact whom it is- it doesn't matter. What would matter is if you SERIOUSLY, in your own self confessed manner, stopped and thought what it takes for someone to come back on LS and post that they went against advice and ask for help. Doesn't it take balls? I'm not talking about efficiency here, just asking you if there's no merit in the courage that sometimes takes. My point is that people need to grow up and quit repeating the same dumbass *mistakes* that compel them to post here. It's almost as if they're *scared* of letting this place go. This site should be a transition process, not a docking point, for those who are seeking advice for their specific issues.

Ohhh to think I would have never pegged you for someone unable to tell when one has a certain percentage of "smartassedness" about them.:p

And to address only one of your points since you seem to be passive aggressive at this point, no, "no prior history at play". And I never said I won't take sides, I said I'll wait till I have data to do so and then who knows which sides those are;)

Here we go again with the overly liberal use of the term *passive aggressive*. Question - is English your native tongue? Well, whether it is or isn't, I suggest you look up the definition of the term *passive aggressive* cuz you do not seem to have a firm understanding of what it really is.

Nothing that I wrote in the above post was PA whatsoever. :)

Now hit that dictionary. :lmao:

Riiiiight..... now.... well first and foremost no, English is not my mother tongue, feel free to feel superior if you must but I assure you I am more than clear on the respective term. Have you read my profile? Just curious.

On a small matter, was it "overly liberal"? When have I used it before? Because you see, you can't attribute an adjective won by another individual or group thereof to some other one. It's just not terribly... logical.

"Passive-aggressive behavior [...]Sometimes a method of dealing with stress or frustration, it results in the person attacking other people in subtle, indirect, and seemingly passive ways. It can manifest itself as resentment, stubbornness, procrastination, sullenness, or intentional failure at doing requested tasks"

Would you like to re-read your reply in the post where you addressed my points and see which part of what you wrote matches which of these features? I'm sure you can but I could help you with it...

Now let's get one thing straight are you maybe confusing how one uses passive-aggressive as an adjective to describe a reaction with how one may be acusing you of having PAPD? -Look it up- Because if that's the problem let me reinforce I was simply talking about your tone not about you having some major general problems, rest assured.;)

At this point I am just sitting here laughing at you! :lmao: :lmao: :lmao:

Well, keep on laughing. I'm laughing too. :lmao:

Seems to me you're in here simply to start s*** so go right ahead... start 'er up! Vroom! :D

Hey... perhaps our resident *relationship consultant* can explain the psychological dynamics of those who love to laugh at others like you're doing. Should be interesting.

****Exactly**** why your fall-back excuse claiming to have Asperger's ***does not*** fit your behavior.

However, it ***does*** fit one who is a clever enough online ***bully*** to use Asperger's as his ***excuse*** in hopes of deflecting much heat from others after posting his nasty, bullying comments.

Having Asperger's Syndrome doesn't mean that you are stupid (it rather may mean just the opposite) ***but it does indicate that the person having it should have great difficulty in communicating with others***.

I see no difficulty in you having tremendous ability in communicating with others in an appropriate way....you have, at times, shown you can be quite conversive and can articulate your thoughts quite well.

What I do find, just by reading your posts- is that ***you selectively*** use the Asperger's fallback whenever it is convenient for you to do so.

I've alerted Admin. in regards to your comments in this thread. Not to mention, you have been consistently off-topic in it.

No further comments from me in this thread where you are concerned.

I believe I have made myself quite clear on how I feel about your abuse here in the site, and see no further reason to waste my time with you.

You shouldn't have *wasted your time* with me in the first place. Ah well... your choice of course... :)

The discussion at the time was between me and Alexandra and 2SUNNY and you just had to butt in with your BS. THAT is why the thread went downhill. You only have yourselves to blame.

As far as AS... you are not a doctor, are you not? Didn't think so... so you are in no position to be making any judgment calls on that issue.

Case closed. Stick me on ignore if you wish... matter of fact please do so.

Not a bad idea. This place is turning into one huge joke.

For anyone who feels this way about this place, why continue to post on here?

Not that it is any of YOUR business but I am wrestling with that question myself. I have found that being around a group of generally unhealthy people isn't exactly doing me any wonders.

Now that my GF has quit this place - and I now understand why since she was *attacked* by another member here in a *PA* fashion - I don't see much more reason to stick around. Hell, this place has been losing members lately so I say why not leave.

Hi Riddler: I agree with you. If someone is unhappy somewhere why stay? SmoochieFace: You seem very unhappy and angry at this site. (what does PA mean?)

Passive aggressive. :)

And what *seems to be* isn't necessarily what it is in reality. Food for thought. :)

You don't know my *history* - apart from what I decided to post here - so it's best to not speculate deeply. Just a suggestion. :)
