miscellaneous
my sister-in-law owes me $900. I loaned it to her 2 yrs ago because she was not working and wanted to visit her sister in Chicago. She started working last year and i asked her about it. She said that she needed about 8 months. 8 months have now passed and she has an even better job. I heard her talking to someone on the phone and telling them how much she makes. I am not in dire need of this money but it was a loan. What should i do? Ask her for it or just forget about it? NTB
i'd say ask for it a loan is a loan it's time for her to pay it back and if she hasn't paid you by now she will give you s*** for asking her to repay you. maybe she thinks you will just forget about it.

Since it is a loan I would not forget about it and still ask her now. It is still $900 and since she got a better job, she should do something to repay along the way. Even if it is $100 a month for 9 months. Keep asking once a month. Now if she is still going for frivolous stuff that is another story if she cries foul or complain about money is tight. Then pull out the you already had to jobs, didn't pay a dime back and need to keep loan payments up.
