shelters Posted May 9, 2006 Share Posted May 9, 2006 I am thinking of looking into some Pilates classes but not the mat kind at a gym. I want to find a pilates studio that uses those reformers. Does anyone have experience with these? What are the differences you found in using the reformer vs a regular mat workout?
