JohnM
Hmm so I went to get my hair trimmed today, after finding the huge prices of like £35 at the cheapest in Tony & Guys I found a place offering £8.50 cuts which is more my range I'm letting my hair grow as I want to have it styled, the hairdresser asked me today what I wanted and I told her this. She basically took the weight out of my hair and made it a bit tidier. So, I need some help. Any tips on current styles or has anyone seen any good male hairstyles out there? I don't really know what I want except that its a style thats not all that spike malarky or an emo haircut with the fringe going over my eyes. I want my fringe no further down than half my forehead please Thanks in advance John
Art_Critic
I can't give you any advice on hair styles... but... I can give you some advice on hairstylists that you date and break up with.. Never.. and I repeat Never let your old ex GF stylist do your hair after the breakup.. I'm talking from experience of seriously dating 3 of my hair stylists..
kitten chick
A_C has some good advice for you. Sorry JohnM but that emo/indie haircut makes me weak in the knees. You could do a modified version, just a little floppy instead of longer. Go get some magazines with men's pictures in them and pick out someone whose haircut you like and give it to the hairdresser. Or think of a celebrity whose haircut you like and find a picture on the net, then print it and give it to the hairdresser.
Author JohnM
That seems like pretty common sense, to not let an ex near you with some scissors Hmm, I don't really know all the styles. The last time I looked for hairstyles the collections were like 1000 pages long.
kitten chick
I figured I'd take this back to your thread. Ok, so here's what I know about you...you're late teens/early 20s, shy, and have a young looking face and average build. You are prime for that scene. I promise you, I wouldn't steer you wrong. You have to work with your strengths and find where you fit in.
