I have been so tired lately and I don't know how to get my sleep schedule back on track. I'm exhausted when I get home from work, so I take a nap and then I can't sleep at night and I'm still exhausted the next day (Plus, I've just felt more tired lately generally).

 

Does anybody have any advice for getting my sleep schedule back on track or tips for making sure i get more sleep generally? I'm sure that this can't be good for me, at all, and I HATE feeling like I'm dragging all the time.

Google insomnia - there's lots of suggestions including not having caffeine after noon, not exercising too close to bedtime, making sure you eat properly, etc. Try them and if nothing works, see your doctor to make sure nothing else is going on.
