You were right..I am getting used to let my feeling and emotion runs wild. As I grew older, there are many cirumstances which i cannot afford to do so, that's when i start to suffer

 

i have been thinking through it myself a lot, and i also think of different ways to improve myself. It isn't easily solved by taking a deep breath and count to 20. Of course that helps, but it doesn't kill the roots. What i need is a way to really change my thinking, my attitude and reaction towards various situation

 

do you know anywhere i can get professional help?

I know a lot of places you can get help but you have to find a place near where you live. It would not be cost effective for you to fly to my city once or twice a week for therapy.

 

You better get used to doing some things for yourself...get yourself together. I don't know what city you're in, or what country, but use whatever resources are available...phone books, doctors, social service agencies, university sources, hospitals, etc....to find highly competent counsellors to help you.

I really don't understand your question. I have very clearly told you to get help at a place close to your home and I have given you resources where you can find this information.

 

Decide which big city or country you want to get help in and contact those resources in that city or country.

 

Your question is absurd. If you want help, get it where you are.
