figgurinoutlife Posted May 28, 2006 Share Posted May 28, 2006 My ex of two years said she wanted to break up with her boyfriend of a year get back with me, missed me, was in love with me, etc. then she decided to follow through on her previous plans and move away to another state with her boyfriend. I was crushed so I took matter in my own hands and did NC and she tried to call, text, and I wouldn't answer any. She begged me to talk to her, kept calling, texting etc. so a couple weeks later I did and she tells me I'm all she thinks about, and she was completely crushed and cried everyday that I wouldn't talk to her and was basically devestated. She says she has so many regrets that we broke up prematurely and always wondered what would of happened between us if we would of stayed together. She says she cannot stand herself without me and I'm what completes her, and she still has feelings for me. She said she had to get out of our city cause of her parents, her mom and dad have basically disowned her and ditched her and its just awful. She says she wants to get back with me but is just too scared to. She says she has trust issues and is scared to death of being left and is scared to leave her boyfriend. She is so afraid things will not work out between us and said she hates my city and could never move back to it. I told her she obviously wants to be with her boyfriend or she could leave him, and she got mad and said she really didn't want to be with him. She says she wants to be with me but is to scared and has trust issues so she stays with her boyfriend, but completely FREAKS out when I stop talking to her. It really hurts me that she thinks I would leave her if we dated again. SHE broke up with me 2 years ago, I never left her! She wanted out! It just breaks my heart that it kills her when I stop talking to her, it's like I'm all she has, and I think she's right sometimes. How are we supposed to ever have a second chance with her issues. Oh yeah, and she left you and moved to another city with the guy she is dating...and she says she has trust issues. If you want her back, you have to be able and willing to totally and completely take care of her and all of her problems, financially and emotionally. You will have to put her needs above yours at all times. She'll leave you again anyway, but you'll have her back until she finds someone else to take care of her. Link to post Share on other sites

My ex came running back to me like 3 weeks ago.. started talking about how much she missed me, how much she wants to be with me, and how badly she doesn't want to be with the dude she's been dating for a month. I gave it a shot.. she burnt another hole in my heart.. and Now I feel like I have to get tested for STD's. The thing is she is afraid of being left. She's not in love - she's needy. She is afraid of being left so she will leave you first, as soon as she meets a guy who can take care of her. Do you see how she is using you to leave her current boyfriend? She won't leave him unless she has some other guy who will make his life all about her - in this case, you.
