Whenever I go to discuss something which is bothering me or communicate my feelings with my partner (especially if Im hurt by something or angered) I can't seem to discuss or talk properly because I can't control the tears along with it. I don't know why this always happens, I try to keep calm and take deep breath as I speak yet I can't hold my emotions. Its a problem as its difficult to discuss like that, also I fear of becoming seen as someone whos using waterworks to get their way. I'm quite an emotional person I suppose, but I want to speak without having to remember the sad thoughts and start the tears rolling as I speak. Any ideas how to overcome this? Thanks for any input.
