It's only about 3 seconds away from school, the entire basement in a gorgeous house in an awesome neighbourhood! My kitten Winston is more than welcome and EVERYTHING is included (this means digital cable with all movie channels, heat, a/c, water... etc:D ) I've got my own private enterance, use of the hottub, and access to the laundry facilities upstairs. All this folks for only... *drumroll* $650 a month! A bit more than my original budget was allowing, but I figured with everything included, that it would be worth not having to worry about overages with heat and such. I won't be moving in until September, but I can't wait. I just have to work my lil booty off in order to pay tuition and books Replacing a 45 minute drive with a 10 minute drive is FINE BY ME!!! Suddenly you'll find that there are a lot of little items that make life easier that you'll need to acquire for yourself and they add up.
