Hey,

I broke up with my girl about a month ago. She wanted to remain friends but I was still pushing the relationship for the week we broke up. We ended the week in fights with nothing solved. I stopped calling her for a few weeks. I got upset about a few days ago because she was going to a concert that I invited her to with another guy. I found this out through a mutual friend. I was all depressed and called her all night and left a few messages on her voice mail. She said she wasn't ready to talk to me in a text and it was none of my buisness why she was going.

Since then we have been having our friends that we get along with mutually here the battle between us. She is mad that I called her so much, She also emailed me and said she didn't want to have any contact with me and it was all because of the way I acted. I left a voicemail after this email and told her that I was sorry that things got so out of hand and that I knew she was mad, but that if she could just try to make a friendship out of this so we wouldn't be awkward when we hung out with our mutual friends and that it didn't have to be right away, just in time so that this wouldn't be a problem.

She called my friends the next day and told them that I had called her and we talked but her Dad picked up the phone from her and I had to have her Dad tell me not to call anymore. Which was untrue, so I was furious and text her saying to stop lying to our friends.

She then called my friends the next day and told them about the text and my friends told them they didn't want to hear it anymore.

I'm so upset that my friends are annoyed with hearing about it but also that she is trying to make me look bad and embarrass me in front of our friends.

I don't want to call again and cause more problems , but I also want this to stop and for us to not have this bitterness and anger towards each other.

What do you suggest?
