Sadly it is true, for example : because during the weekend I broke into my neighbours apartment and stile his DVD players, flater screen TV and some cash. Am I a bad person?? Why can't you trust anyone these day?? How to deal for it?

Hmm...sounds like you really trusted this neighbor not to come home while you were in there doing your deed. So you actually do trust. I mean this neighbor could have walked in on you stealing this stuff and called the police and had you put in jail for ten years. Sounds like you are pretty damned trusting to me.
