twkvfx
i keep having the same dream over and over again for some time through the years about my teeth about to fall out, having rotting teeth, wobbly tooth, etc. in reality for me, losing one of my tooth is one of the things that i'm most afraid and most concerned of. whereas my dreams about them is a form of nightmares. people tell me that it means that i'm worried. so what does my dream mean. why does it occure every time? sugarplum
okaaaaay........ I have dreamed of my teeth falling out before. I decided it was because I had braces and hated them. How's your hygiene? I mean do you floss, visit the dentist regularly? Perhaps your body is trying to tell you that you have something wrong with a tooth - that you are not aware of because it has not manifested itself in pain yet. JMO. I dont think dreams mean much myself. I once repeatedly woke up screaming bloody murder and out of breath where my H thought I was having a nightmare about being killed or tortured. I was actually dreaming that a bee landed on me. I dont think that dream meant anything either. And I am not afraid of bees for the most part.
agnf666
yeah, every time i wake up i always check that my tooths are in place and that they are not wobbly. losing my one of my teeth would by the most scary and influential thing in my life. Yeah I think so too. I haven't had these dreams in a few months. I found this online but I don't know if this is the exact meaning. Teeth Basic meaning: Verbalization; losing teeth, unable to understand a problem or situation. (1) Teeth may be a symbol of aggressiveness. If the dream is showing someone bitting someone else, it may mean there is an aggressive nature towards that person. (2) False teeth may symbolize insincerity. (3) Losing teeth may symbolize a feeling of - or fear of - getting older or impotent or losing sexual attractiveness. Or they may represent a retreat to infancy (when, toothless, you enjoy your mother's breasts and nourishment), and hence a refusal to face reality. Alternatively, they may symbolize the start of a new phase in your life (knocking a tooth out sometimes featured in male initiation rites in mythology). (4) A bad tooth may represent a painful or rooten part of one's feelings, life or relationships; angry or regretful words. (5) "Teeth" in the dream world are most often an archetypal image of the dreamer's sense of confidence and competence in the waking world. Dreaming that there is something amiss with my teeth usually points to insecurities about my ability to "get my teeth into it," or maybe I've "bitten off more than I can chew." Ironically, the very fact that you remember such a dream is a reliable indicator that the you, the dreamer, can deal creatively and transformatively with the problems that life presents. If this were not the case, you would not even have remembered the dream. All dreams (even nightmares!) come in the service of health and wholeness, and no dream ever came to anyone to say, "Nyah, nyah--you've got these problems and you can't do anything about them!" The more emotionally charged, or urgent the dream, the more likely that it points to a creative possibility previously hidden from the conscious mind, in response to a pressing waking life problem. superconductor
It means that you want to buy a boat. Your mouth is a symbol of the ocean, and the damaged teeth are symbols of watercraft. By losing your teeth, you're getting in touch with your inner sailor, which basically means that your inner sailor is getting tired of bobbing about in a decrepit boat. So head off to your local boat dealer and see what's on sale.
Becoming
What do teeth represent to you? And why are you so afraid of losing your teeth? It could also be that losing teeth means you won't have the means to receive nourishment/nurture you need and will slowly starve to death, metaphorically speaking. Teeth also have a beauty element to them.

westernxer
I dream about my front tooth falling out from time to time, after chipping it in eighth grade during a basketball game. A week later the dentist put a bonding in place to make me look chipper (pun intended), and I was so relieved be "normal" again. At the time, it really freaked me out... To this day, I still wake up and rub my fingers against my teeth to ensure nothing's missing, after the dream is over. Reminds me of that scene in Stir of Echoes, when Kevin Bacon's character pulls out his front tooth. Eeek! It really hits home.

If you were dreaming about your urethra, then I'd think you'd want to look into kayaks.

owcanbhppy
are you having any financial or work issues? ive read what agnf posted before as well as, the importance of teeth are very primal in nature. going back to 'cave man days', there were no artificial teeth & virtually all nurishment required teeth to eat it with. if youre concerned about meeting needs in any way, work layoffs, numerous unexpected expenses, etc, its common to dream of loosing teeth. ive had the loosing teeth dreams when i worked for a company that i didnt have confidence in the future of that company.
