success stories: Is there any hope

Ok check this out My ex and i have been broken up about a month now and it has been the hardest month af my life. We broke up because i took her for granted (long story). Anyway I recently went NC for a week and i got week and called her this morning on her way to school. She talked to me for a little bit but showed little interest in speaking to me and hung up; said she was on her daytime minutes but i know that was just an excuse to get me off the phone. She has a new man now so thats probably the reason for her acting like this. Usually when i break up with somebody i become angry and upset and cry but with her i havent done any of that. Of coarse ive been more upset than ever but i havent cried; someting inside tells me there is still a chance for us, a very slim chance but a chance. I know that sounds stupid but i believe it. I know this because the bond we had was non like ive ever had with a girl; The things we talked about, the times we shared together. But it just seems hopeless and i cant seem to figure it out. I'm confused. So I want to know some success stories (from guys only). If you have ever been broken up wit a girl and it seemed hopeless and got back with her or know somebody that has been in that situation share it with me. I want all the details possible; how long did it take, what did you do, ect. Not asking for advice just need some encourgement. This would be really helpful to me. Thanks!
