Tony T
Eat everything in moderation. One piece of bread each day is OK. Bread is a complex carbohydrate, a starch, and ultimately is converted into sugar by the body. If you don't work hard as hell to burn in off, it will turn into fat in the body. Depending on the size and thickness of the bread slice, it can be from 50 to over 100 calories per piece. Remember, you can eat anything you want...just not very much of it. Bread is just fine to eat after exercising...just a little bit. And the bread from Walmart is awesome, I'm sure.
