Future with a "friend"?

Me and this guy were friends for about four months, and I told him I felt more for him so we starting seeing each other. Well about a month after that, he decided he wasn't sure if he could feel that way about me Initally, he wanted to continue talking to me all the time like before. It was hard for me, so I backed off. We work together, so I have to see him everyday.

 

Now a month later, he is acting all flirty again (tickling, making sure he sits next to me, touching, etc) and mentions marrying me after he sees a few more people. Now I think that is a little crazy, but I still have some feelings for him. If he wants to be strictly friends, I don't want to hear this. He says things about 'our future," gets jealous over other guys, etc. We don't hang out as much as we did before, but that is good since I was loosing sleep between working and school. BUT we still talk somewhat regularly on top of work.

 

Now, I think he is immature, and the reason for our break-up was he didn't feel ready to commit to anyone. Unfortunately, I feel a connection to him still.

 

I guess I am asking, why would a guy regularly speak about our future together with co-workers oresent (who are my friends, too) if he doesn't mean anything by it? They all think we should go out (no one knows we hang out). By the way, he is 20.
