Regardless of what her motives are at this point I'm doing no contact for myself and not for her. I'm using it to reflect on the relationship. Yes I want to continue the relationship but it's my turn to use no contact for cooling off.

Jeeeesus! John1776. I dont think you have listend to a word anyone has said on this thread.

it's my turn to use no contact for cooling off.

NC is NOT used for cooling off. Its not that you are mad with anything she`s done. Its you by fustrating her. You are going to learn your lesson when she does leave you.

To do NC,(she won`t know why you`ve disappeared, but if you continue to do NC, and she finds out you are okay, she will truly be pissed) and without sorting out your petty differences, thats just ignorance.

Good luck with your games, because its not going to get you anywhere.

Yeah well I still don't want to talk to her.

I broke no contact this afternoon and called her. I did 6 days of no contact from my side. I guess the only reason I broke NC was because I was bored.

I want to see her this afternoon but my body doesn't want to. It's too tired to drive. She lives 1 hour away. I'd be too tired to drive back home tonight. So I'm going to try seeing her later this week.

She called me last night and I answered. I called her back yesterday morning to return a call she made the night before. She was happy to hear from me when I called. She could tell by the sound of my voice that I was tired so she suggested that I go and take a nap and call her later which I will.

I just replied to the other thread, but I'm going to repost it here to make sure this crazy guy sees it.

First of all, NC is NOT to punish someone you "care" (and I use the term care lightly, in your case) about. NC is to move on and grow and help YOURSELF.

Now my post....

-----------------------------------------------------------

This no contact strategy is working. I have her on the chase again. How much of an effort she goes to prove to me that she really wants me and loves me will determine whether I stick with no contact or drop it to reduced contact.

You HAVE to be kidding me. I've never been mean or negative to a poster on LS.org, but this is going too far.

What you're doing to this girl is ABSOLUTELY WRONG. You're playing mind games with her. If YOU really cared and loved her, you wouldn't be playing these childish games of leading her on, and not talking to her, and trying to punish her for doing NOTHING wrong.

I don't know if I missed a post, but from the first one in this thread she OBVIOUSLY did NOT break up with you.

Then she said "just because I'm sending you home doesn't mean I'm breaking up with you. I still love you but I just need time to cool off."

Um, HELLO?! You said it yourself - she TOOOOLD you she was NOT breaking up with you.

She got mad, as people do, and asked you NICELY to let her cool down... and what did she do? She cooled down and called you right away! She didn't wait a week, or a month, or a year; she takes only a few hours! And you then ignore her like a child! That is such an irresponsible, immature thing to do to someone you claim you love and care about.:mad::sick::mad:

Ugh, do her the favor and leave her already. You're not ready for her maturity.
