Ariadne
Well, I'm full!!! The fwb guy just took me to lunch to a most fancy restaurant. A Kosher Jewish place where everyone there spoke Hebrew and were dressed orthodox (not him). But what delicious food! Now I'm going to post a bit, relax, play the piano, and tonight I go party at his house again... Hey, the fwb is not so bad after all, and I get really happy to see him. Besides, now that I know that the Denver guy is a traitor, I don't think about him so longingly anymore. Yeah, let him stay with that mean woman if that's what he wants... Ariadne
Hi, You guys are not going to believe, but my second husband was also Israeli Jewish. What is it with those jews. I even had a major crush on one in college. Ariadne
Ariadne
Yeah, he is a MAN in every way but not emotionally available. He has lost a lot of people in his life the last couple of years. He is scared to get that close to anyone again. We have talked about it alot. I know what you mean...Denver guy hadn't been with another woman in 8 years! I'm not kidding. Except for the ex gf in once in a blue moon. So I thought I had a lot of work ahead of me. But it seems like all I did was to recycle another one Ariadne __________________ ♥ ~ ♥ ~ ♥ ~ ♥ ~ ♥ ~ ♥

Well, that was seemingly part of the case for us lol Jennifer
Ariadne
Bbbut, The second one did. Even in the Catholic Church (though he didn't tell his family about that one). I sort of got married to "him" and got the sacraments, so I was not in sin of sorts. (My mother never forgave me for that, why did you marry that guy if you were not sure? Don't you know that you can marry only once?) Ah well, I was just trying to be traditional, Ariadne __________________ ♥ ~ ♥ ~ ♥ ~ ♥ ~ ♥ ~ ♥
Touche
Hey, Ariadne! You've aged since your last picture! Thanks so much you guys for the sweet words. Have I mentioned that I"m Jewish? I'll post a pic of me soon. But you guys are much younger and better looking than me!

Ariadne
Hi, And what do you mean you are Jewish and you don't know what a soulmate is? Is the "Bashert." Ariadne
Touche
Hi, And what do you mean you are Jewish and you don't know what a soulmate is? Is the "Bashert." Ariadne Who said I didn't know what a soulmate is? I just said I'm not sure I believe in it. What does that have to do with being Jewish?
Ariadne
Awww..... You are so beautiful! I love it! I loved that picture. And you are stylish too. I said that because "bashert" is something that most jewish people are familiar with, which is the equivalent of a soulmate. (Since you asked me to explain what that was, that would have made it easier). So, you were lucky enough to find your bashert? Ariadne

I have no idea what "bashert" is. I'm sure you know more than me. I never learned much Yiddish. Only know a little. But to aswer your question, YES I was lucky enough to find my "bashert" when I was 33. He was/is my knight in shining armour. I was suicidal like you...please don't give up. He's still my one and only almost 12 yearls later.

Author Mollyanna
AWWWWWW you ARE beautiful. What a great picture Touche! OK, you found your soulmate at 33. I am 33, where is mine? Where is he???? I just broke down and called D. I left a message and just said that I was at home working and was a little bored so I thought I would call and chat for a few. 15 minutes later, our mutual friend called (from his house) and wanted me to go out and do karaoke. After much begging and pleading, she talked me into it and then the minute I said OK, she changed her mind. He told her to tell me Hi and that he had gotten my message. It was his idea for her to call me and get me out since I was bored. but now I am jealous because she is at his house and I am not...
Ariadne
Hi, What the "hell" is she doing in his house? And why when you called "him", "she" called you? You didn't ask for her, you asked for him... Most likely she talked him into calling you to set you stranded. I hate that friend.... I really do. She wants "D" and is bs'ing with the brother. Send her to hell and talk to "him". (I think she is a big part of all this mess) Call again and talk to him or just go to his house. Yeah! It's Friday Mollyanna. Author Mollyanna
they are best friends. She just stopped by to talk. She actually called me when she got home a few minutes later. She said after she heard me talking about what a busy day I have tomorrow, she realized she didn't need to be going out either. When I called, i said something about being bored and she was there bored so he thought we should go out and do something together. he doesn't want to go out because he is working tomorrow. I did call him back. He said he was going to call but he was trying to download a movie and got sidetracked. We talked for a while. It was nice. Then he asked me if I wanted to get together this week and play tennis. duh i forgot i have to leave for a business trip on Tuesday though. At the end of the conversation, I said "I just wanted to hear your voice. I miss you". and he said "I miss you too, you know that" i'm gonna want to jump over that tennis net and kiss him Ariadne. lol

Ariadne
Aria, I was actually open to the idea of conversion if that were the only thing stopping him and I from being together Wow, you really liked that guy. But I guess I'd convert too if I had to. The problem is that then you have to do all those traditions, you know, the candle thing, and the shabbat, and what not. Ariadne Actually, I wouldn't have had much to change. He wasn't very practicing. He followed the high holy days, but he wasn't Kosher, and he didn't do shabbat or any of that. And yes, I really did think he and I had great potential. Too bad he was unable to let go and feel the same. His loss. He'll never have it so good again :-) Jennifer
