Is that you in your AV? You don't seem dark to me at all. And you're cute!

In any case, I don't know of any products that do what you want. In the end, it's better to appreciate yourself and feel good about yourself the way you are. That good feeling will make your skin glow without any cosmetic changes. And your confidence will make you very attractive to others.

Exercise, eating healthy, and drinking lots of water also makes your skin look healthy and at its best.

Finally, if you spend lots of time in the sun, that of course will darken your skin. Wear sunscreen (prevents wrinkles and skin cancers as well as keeping the tan away), and maybe try exfoliating every now and then to bring out the skin beneath.

But, you're so young! I doubt you need to worry about this at all!

The only thing that makes your skin whiter is blood draining from your face. Fear and being sick can do that. But that's not attractive!

Cold makes your lips turn blue.

White isn't the ideal skin colour. Beautiful people come in all shades. Some of the most gorgeous people I've ever seen live in Hawaii where they are products of lots of different peoples marrying and mixing and they're all shades and colours.

Your natural skin tone is what it is - wear clothes to complement it rather than clothes that make you look sickly. If you don't know how to pick, someone in a good men's wear store will help you with that.

Hey there I'm Korean and I have the same problem. I found that lighting is a key factor for us asians. For some reason in dimmer light, we look much darker than we really are. Also flourescent light sucks for photographs. Try to face the light as much as possible, and try not to have a very light background if you can. Also you can use a photoeditor to lighten the final product.

FWIW, being in the cold will cause the capillaries on your skin to shrink, reducing bloodflow to the skin. The reduced bloodflow removes hemoglobin (red) from your face, which can cause it to appear lighter in certain situations.

Oh, well if you really want to lighten up your skin color, take the Michael Jackson route and use skin bleach. I don't know why you want to change your skin color though dude, I mean you should try to love the skin and body you were born with.

Also your hand are always going to be whiter than your face. Your palms shed many more layers of skin than your face does in a day, and as such the melanin which reacts with sunlight to darken the skin is replaced much more often.
