I am sure this isn't cheating....but I am still crushed.

To make a long story short....my husband and I went to a concert a month ago with another couple. My husband and the other husband went to get more beer and have a ciggarette when a beautiful young woman approached him. She told him she would do anything for a ciggarette, of course whats a man to do....so she kissed him on the cheek and he gave her a ciggarette. He told me about the episode, but he said he just gave her a ciggarette...never mentioning the kiss.

 

Earlier in the week he was having problems with his work computer, and asked me if I could get his email to work. I figured it out, and when I opened the email it opened to message I should not have seen. His HR manager had sent an email about a mandatory training on sexual harrassment. My husband replied to him saying I hope you aren't the trainer....(this guy is a real pig!!)(but I guess my husband is too!!

 

The HR manager replies....I know it won't be you or Sean..(other guy who went to the concert with us)...but atleast Sean wasn't kissing other lady's at the KC concert while his old lady was just up the stairs....

 

What do you think?? I know it isn't like he will ever see this woman again, and I know it just happened...but it really broke my heart. I had so much more respect for my husband. I just didn't imagine he would do something like this...I know I am blowing it all out of proportion, but it crushed me....

He didn't tell you because he KNEW you would over-react.

 

I don't understand why this has broken your heart. It's not like he went out looking for women, and it's not like he had sex with anyone. Read some of the threads in the Infidelity section if you need a little dose of reality on what's it's like to be cheated on and heart-broken.

did he tell her to kiss him on the cheek? I think you are kinda over reacting about this. It sounds to me that it was just a matter of fun and games and it wasn't anything more then a peck.

Try not to worry about this, SHE kissed him on the cheek, he didn't kiss her. If there was anything to worry about he wouldn't let you near his emails!

Is this a one-off or are there anything else that is making you suspicious of him?
