Author hotgurl
Have you tried a full elimination diet? It's the one where you stop eating everything but I think maybe chicken and rice for a while and then gradually add things back. I think allergists do it but it works really well to uncover food sensitivities. I've heard of other folks who were ill like you for years and finally figured out that they had become sensitive to some foods. In fact my best buddy did it and found out that tomatoes, which she LOVES, are very bad for her and she had to stop eating them except rarely but it helped her a lot. If you've never done it, I think it would be worth a shot. I did do that diet. It was so hard nd I only did a week and a half instead of two. I did it because my stomach problem is triggered by allergies they think. Basically ceels from my intentinse come up and attck my esapagus. well anyways I found out wheat buggs me and by cutting back on wheat I am able to not have to take steriods and I don't throw up anymore. Eosinophils are a type of white blood cell that are not normally found in the esophagus. High levels of eosinophils often indicate an allergic response. It is rare I was the first case they saw at my clinic but a growing illness. I want to do the diet again to make sure. Also I might have to go back on allergy meds. Fankly I cut back on my meds because of cost.

I do believe that with so many food additives, genetic manipulation that our bodies are rejecting food or reacting to it more and more. I just read an article where they are going to put viruses into foods to have the virus attack unwanted harmful bacteria....... People are so stupid that they cannot prepare or cook food properly then they need to get sick so they learn the consequences and prepare it right No more prepared foods are allowed in my house. I am going raw baby..... all raw. No more meat for the H..... they just cut back again on mad cow testing. Refuse to also allow private meat producers to test each cow and label it TESTED......... why? big corps cannot afford to do it it would cut profits and sales...... nice. BTW meat is not that red that is dye
Becoming
I'm sorry, HG. Hope today is a better day. I struggle with chronic pain from a whiplash injury long ago, and some days just suck. What's worse is what you talk about--the change in personality that comes from the physical changes, which is really hard when you're YOUNG, not old. My injury happened at age 24, and I didn't take it seriously enough. Thing is, once your body is weakened, it doesn't respond well to stress anymore. I put a floor down in our house and was in pain for weeks afterwards because of the way ya have to bend over to do it all. So I think it was the floor. And if you can arrange to be out of the house when they redo the bath, I'd say GO!

When we got carpet we did the tacks but my job did the glue. I had a headache and was throwing up and had to go home. Same when they laid lanelium (sp?) I am just down because not only do I get the headache but dizziness and weakness. I does stink since I am only 28. This started when I was 23.

I want wood floors throughout the house but the previous owner was a smoker and we had to get the old carpet out asap. And couldn't afford wood att eh time so we got a cheaper carpet. I can't tolerate smoke at all or strong BO. Also I think that is why I am aggitated with my BF. He does similar things as your hubby and usually I don't mind taking care of most stuff but when I am sick I expect him to step up without being asked.

I have brought forth the grand tater this round..... quite possible I am acting/being insane at this point. I am acting like a wild thing.... out of control.... needs emergency attention. and why not...... it is true. This tater thing is getting popular...... Perhaps a short book is needed...... MEN LEARN HOW TO AVOID THE TATER. All women have a tater.....they just use it in different ways. But the Tater is serious business. Men should fear the Tater and respect the Tater. And use of the Tater should be a last resort for all women.

The least he could do is buy me a dishwasher or a maid. A kinda decent dishwasher is only about $350 get one. you need this we are not in the 1800s..... demand it. demand that it is installed in a timely manner or have the store install it. Time to serve up a tater..... get online and start downloading/printing pics of dishwashers.... tape the pictures up in your kitchen as to where you would like it to be installed.... **** tape on on inside of the toilet lid..... men are visual creatures right.....so speak their language :lmao: now stock up on soap or you are **** outta luck like me.... I am on strike and 2 days outta dishwasher soap.... I don't foresee any arriving here soon... it was fun to watch the H squeeze a bowl into it last night as it is stuffed with dirty dishes. He knows we are out of soap..... he knows where the store is..... how long will the dishes sit there and now those in the sink :lmao:
Becoming
I have a hard time going down the lumber aisle in the hardware store, too, so all the work on the floors probably has you going big time between the bad posture, which can lead to headaches, and chemical sensitivity. I use Flonase for cig allergy--only thing that works, it seems. Also helps with dust in my ancient house. And do Hs go to school for utter ignorance and selfish bastard training or something? I just went down to the Sear appliance outlet and picked me up a dishwasher, had 'em load it in the car and then told H I had something for him in the car he had to go get. Having the sani-rinse cycle on dishwasher really cut down on colds in our house.
alphamale
sorry you feel so bad HOTGURL. I know how it is also. I live with a fairly bad medical syndrome everyday. Some days are better than others. You would never know I have something wrong with me by looking at me and only my family and closest friends know about it. There are days that I don't want to go on and then there are days where i'm fine. Its very hard to deal with emotionally and mentally, esp the uncertainty of it all.

He said it didn't bother him not having a dish washer well no kidding he doesn't do any dishes! It's gotta be a requirement to pass out of HS for guys. Maybe that's what they do in health class while we're learning about our periods.

I don't look sick either and that has caused problems at work. Because people are catty. I do hate it because you'll be fine and than bam! Down for the count. I hope you are ok. Is that why your are away from LS a bit? It's good that you have family & friends. In Jan I was unable to get out of bed for four days and I scared I am getting bad again. pricillia
Well I have three. The worst is basilar migraines they can get very bad and I am I almost constant pain. Then i have esoniphic esophagatis it's kinda like acid reflux but not really. (this one is not so bad) Than I have poly cycstic ovarain diease which can cause problems but so far I just have cysts which are painful. 2 years ago I got my migraines really bad and I was on all these drugs and started shaking really bad my job called 911. Then I started throwing up 6 times a day or so for about a year until they could figure out what was wrong. It's been bad for 2 years and I was finally getting better doing really well for like 6 months no it seems like I am back slidding. And it's scary and also causes some anxiety. Hot Girl I had those pesky migranes happen to me and I never knew when they would come about. I would throw up all day long at least every hour or so. This happened while I was at work and I could not work how embarrasing. I guess for me it happened while I had alot of stress in my life and I guess I did not handle it so well, my father passed away and my boyfriend left me at the same time. It was too much for me to handle. I finially have gotten them under control, but sometimes just during my cycle they come back, but not nearly as severe as in the beginning. What is going on in your life that may cause some stress that is causing the migranes?

I don't know I have always had migrianes esp during my period. But the serverity seems to be cylical and I can't figure it out. I just bought a house in Jan. My daughter is going through pubety, money is tight, we're working on the house. But all in all it's better than last year when my ex was taking me to court and I was being audited. I always wondered about this. I think you're on to something. :lmao: Sorry, alpha. Know what you mean about no one knowing. Because most don't understand. Migraines during periods are different and require different meds than others, thoroughly confusing you until you figure this out. Chiropractic has has helped immensely with migraines--I see one once every 2-3 weeks and that helps. Ever tried that? My insurance pays for the visits. And yes, I put the dishwasher on credit at that time even though we were going through it $$ly. It sounds like too much stress, HG. Just too much stress. It's killing us. I have enough lavendar plants already started for that flavor of soap.... It is stress... it is killing us. I think about the different eras.... pioneer, 1900s, 20's 30's 60's......... I got to wonder which one was indeed the most stress free? I can tell you if I did not have mortgages to pay the pioneer life is not too bad.......but pay a mortgage/job and live that life....it is stressful..I know I am doing it We are all getting way too stressed out...... waaaayyyyyy...... wayyyyyyyy. my god I do not smoke pot but I am right now thinking maybe it is not such a bad thing

I took a nap for 2 hours woke up he got pizza and a movie and then went back to bed. Of course he didn't do dishes I am still super fatigue and can't swallow but at least it will help my diet. I am going to my aunts house in up state NY for four days to rest. I really need to rest.

amerikajin
Hey, if you don't have health insurance, or it's too expensive, well then I'm sure it's your fault. Come on, it's like, all about personal responsibility and stuff, people!!! America has the best healthcare system in the world. If you don't agree, well then you're obviously a commie or a terrorist.
