Guest
Hey Everyone; Through a mutual friend (Eric), I met a guy named Nick around Feburary this year. He really caught my eye, but since I wasn't over my ex - and a multitude of other reasons - I didn't pursue. I saw him he at occasional drink nights, venues, etc. We were always flirty with eachother but it didn't go any further. A few weeks ago, however, he - out of the blue - messaged me: "We should really hang out soon." I replied certainly, and gave him my MSN. We've chatted a lot since but haven't had much time to hang out, alone together. Last Friday, we got together for drinks and dancing, what should have been our first time alone. We ran into a drunken, annoying friend who kind of decided to tag along and ruin the night. He was really cute during the whole ordeal though: making me pinky swear to spend time this week with him, hailing me a cab, apologizing proffusely to me about the friend. Even before we non-verbally/unofficially expressed our affection for eachother, he was always very protective and apologetic if things went wrong. Basically, I'm at the point of pure exhaustion: I need to let the cards fall where they may and tell him I like him. Preferably in person and preferably intoxicated. (Haha.) ANybody have any suggestions on how to engage in this conversation?
