my mom is trying to get her arrested because my mom is insane

my girl. i cant see her anymore and i broke things off with her. but my mom thinks im lieing and still seeing her. i went out with my friends after work to go to a internet cafe and came home at 1am (i get off work at 12) and she thinks i was with her but thats insane cuz i smelled like cigaretes (the internet cafe is full of smokers" and i told her im done with her wich i am. but she thinks she is out to harras me and get me in a kidnapp police trouble situation but thats completly insane... cuz she hasnt done anything to rise that suspision.. except to my mom cuz shes insane and thinks everyone is out to get me in the world and everyone is evil.

 

so to be "defensive" she goes out at 1 am to the police station to try to get a restraining order on her. to tell the cops she is out to harras me and get me in jail. and her evidence was her calling my phone ten times... which is stupid.

 

so cuz of my stupid crazy asian lady mom, a poor inocent girl is in potential threat of getting in trouble with the cops herself because my mom is a insane bitch thinking every girl is trouble and wants to get me in jail... cuz a girl, being a college student working two jobs to pay rent, who is extremely busy all the time, has nothing better to do but get me in trouble with the law in her free time....

 

 

wtf am i suposed to do? this is wrong. no i dont have feelings for her, but shes a human being and im caring, and i dont want my stupid mom makin a inocent person have trouble in their life over doing nothing....

 

i dont know what to do...

yourmother cannot get a restraining order against your ex unless there have been multiple incidents that are documented in some way or another. If this ex is harassing YOU, then YOU would have to file a restraining order.

 

Further, you have to go to court to get a restraining order. It's not like they just hand them out easily.

 

Have you talked to your mother and told her to stay out of your business? Also how old are you? Maybe you should consider getting your own place.

id get my own place, its just having a job at a grocery store cant pay for rent where i live. and my mom tells me i cant have my own opinion and im her dog and thats the requirement for me to be able to live under her roof till i can finish college. so im stuck.

Wow. I paid my own way through college, initially with scholarships and after I lost those I got loans and worked, sometimes 2 jobs, but I always had my own place. You can make it work if you really need to, or even if you just really WANT to....

i can do that, but my life would be more miserable.. 2 jobs? crazy school? its too much and im not strong
