I'm only 17, and my at least ten-years-older coworker started hitting on me. And it's not like I can avoid him when I'm working, because it's a really small place, and usually, when I work, there aren't too many people coming in. And whenever he gets the chance, he'll stand next to me and start talking about..me. It's really beginning to bother me, and I don't know what to do about it, because if I just confront him about it, I'll come out looking like a b***h, and my relationship with everyone else will change because of it. If I just keep giving him no response and ignore him, do you think he might eventually stop? Or is there some other way to...avoid him? Link to post Share on other sites

Simply tell him you are not interested and if he continues then you should report him for harassment ( to your boss ). Most men will stop when told that their pursuit is unwelcome.
