AriaIncognito
I was wondering if anyone has ever taken anything natural to help deal with symptoms of anxiety. I sometimes get inexplicable anxiety, sometimes when trying to sleep. My mind will tend to race for no apparently reason or trigger. Else sometimes I just spend too much time thinking about something that's making me anxious. (work issues, relationship problems, etc). Just curious if there is such a thing as a natural remedy for anxiety. Thanks, Jennifer
Tony T
Vitamin B12 is said to help fend off anxiety...but it's important to take it mornings or early afternoons since it can keep you up at night if you take it within hours of bedtime.

I suggest though is try to fight your anxiety on your own. Find out what exactly it is that is making you feel anxious, and figure out how to deal with your issues in a more calm way. Meaning, you can't control what hasn't happened yet, so why worry about it. Start eating better, drink alot of water, cut out caffiene, sugars and exercise daily. Listen to your body. If you need to rest, then sleep. Get a full physical done and make sure your blood levels are normal. I had to get B12 shots for 8 months due to low levels of B12 and I became quite anemic. The shots made me feel more energic, and happier as well. Which elimated some of my anxious feelings too.
