So here's the story... I've been broken up with my ex for 5 months, and he's been going out with his new girlfriend for a little over 4 months. Even though he was supposed to come to the same study abroad program with me, he is now currently here with his new girlfriend which also happened to be in the same program.

 

It's weird... The minute I step off the plane to be picked up at the airport, they are the two first people I see out of almost 100 participants. And then it turns out that his new girlfriend is my roommate!! What a coincidence!! Even though she's a real good person, he sleeps over at her room every night (we have singles leading to a communal living space) which is very awkward for me. It's even awkward that he tries not to speak to me or look at me even if he's sitting next to me at the dining table when we are all sitting around and chatting over tea.

 

If he's doing all of this... sleeping over his girlfriend's room everyday when he knows that he'll bump into me every morning... that means that he has no feelings for me whatsoever right? He just doesn't want to have anything to do with me? So does this mean that my hopes of getting back with him are hopeless?

hes delibertly trying to make you jealous and guess what... its working. hes got your goat.

 

you should get all gussied up to go on a date knowing he will notice that you are leaving or whatever. (go to the library or whatever, crash at a friends)

come in the next morning like the date is just over. once he thinks you have moved on, he will slowly stop being over there all the time.

 

kill that girl with kindness. let her know what a sweet girl you are and wonder what his problem is.
