Guest
So my brother's girlfriend's sister is in the airforce and is stationed in Fairbanks, AK. She was home (NC) about a month ago for a week or so to visit her family. My brother's girlfriend had to spend the night housitting for someone but invited me, my brother and her sister over too. I met this girl, Airforce Chick (AC) as i'll call her, once.... about 6 years earlier for about a minute as we jumped on her trampoline together when I was picking up their youngest sister... who happens to be my sister's friend. anyways..... during the house sitting.... Me and AC hung out on tthe hamock by a pond for several hours talking and I decided taht.... I had a few weeks to burn before starting school and that I thought a trip to alaska would be neat. Although I really wasn't expecting it to actually happen, about a week and a half later I was in Alaska. We spent the better part of the week driving around the state, checking out all kinds of neat things, and camping and well... everythign I expected to happen did. I've been back in NC for almost a month now. We've talked on average once every few days. The last time we talked... we talked for several hours about all sorts of stuff. I am definately interested in this girl, although she has 10 months until she moves back to NC. I figured that since I had called the last two times that I should wait for her to call back. Its been almost a week and a half and she hasn't. If this was a "normal" situation i'd automatically assume this meant she wasn't interested but.... being that she's a healthy 5K miles away I'm not quite sure that the same rules apply. My question is.... assuming that I am very interested in this girl. What are the best things I could do here, should I just wait for her to call back? It might be helpful to know that on the 3nd day of the alaska trip she said somethign about not really wanting a relationship and apologized for being confusing. Although... the confusion seemed to continue every night after the apology until I left to go North Carolina.
