SoCalCatman72
I really think the meds are working. When I start to get depressed, something in my mind seems to catch me and I don't get all sad and hopeless. I feel normal, finally, I was watching House MD last night (DVRs are awesome), and just cracking up at his dry humor. Im happy.

Seeing as it's not been too long since you started the meds, I'm sure things will be even better as the weeks come along. AND that you're a HOUSE fan! What a great show eh? His humour is warped, he's a real jerk too but ya gotta love him!
Author SoCalCatman72
Thanks for all the support House is great, I love his humor, even when he is being a jerk, but you also get to see that deep deep deep down inside he is a man who cares, but has been hurt one too many times. .....I guess I kind of identify with him. superconductor
Another House fan! I aspire to be like him! (except in the gimpy leg department) If you like House, I'd suggest you check out Shark as well, with James Woods.

When I start to get depressed, something in my mind seems to catch me and I don't get all sad and hopeless. Whoa. I just started meds as well and this is exactly how I feel too. It feels like something just "stops" in my brain. I thought I was nuts (moreso). It's good to hear someone else is experiencing them in the same way.
TheSilentType
I'm really glad for you SoCalCatMan. Glad the medications are working. Just avoid drinking when you are on them.
