joseyposie
A few weeks ago my coworkers closed the store early than scheduled. they told me to cover up their doings the next morning i came in to open the store. I didn't. now the asst mgr and her ignore me and are mad at me since the store mgr wrote her up for closing the store early. the asst mgr and the coworker totally don't even act around like i exist. and they say stuff like" don't worry things will change soon? " don't know if they are going to get some thing on me and get me fired or what ?what would u do?
Tony T
To ensure continued goodwill with your manager and co-workers, it is essential that you do your best to cooperate with them in this sort of thing...as long as it doesn't happen frequently. You didn't and you must pay the consequences. You can report this behavior to the top person if you wish and see what happens. You could get in MORE trouble...or you could settle the entire matter. Now you see what the consequences are of not being a team player. However, it was wrong of them to close early without permission from the top.
