However I got another offer which pays me $30k more but have to go to the office everyday. The new offer is more interesting and offers me exposure to better skillsets. So what should I choose? Forever Searching Posted October 3, 2006 Share Posted October 3, 2006 Being that I don't have kids I can't really give advice like someone that does, however, what will you do with the children while you are at work?? Will they be with a baby sitter or day care?? Another thing I would consider is how much day care will cost and if it will be worth the wage increase. Link to post Share on other sites
