Guest Posted October 6, 2006 Share Posted October 6, 2006 Ok, need some advice here. Had a relationship with a woman, she's twice divorced and has 2 awesome boys. We were together about a year and then she broke up with me cuz she said I didn't show my feelings which is probably true. After we broke up we decided to still sleep together but not have a full blown relationship, she said the sex was the best part of it and I fully agree. This went on for 8 months and then 1 day she had an emotional meltdown cuz a close friend of her's died, she accused me of not showing her any empathy which is completely untrue. She said to never contact her again and she wished me luck and said goodbye. I did the no-contact thing and sure enough she called me about 2 months later. She acts like nothing happened and we still haven't talked about it. My question is why would she contact me, is it just because she misses me or is there some ulterior motive on her part. I have been seeing a therapist and working on being a better person and people I know say they see a difference in me. Why do women always come back if they are so fed up with a guy, does she want sex? I know she hasn't dated anyone seriously so maybe it's just a case of her being lonely. Everyone pretends it's the other way around, but it's the women who's emotions get entangled when the sex is great. Bad sex= no emotions. Men, on the other hand, can have fanastic sex and feel nothing personal. We can also have a lousy sex life with a woman and be completely in love. It's just the way it goes.
