What are you buying your mom for Christmas Woggle?

If I can I might get my hands on some smallpox but homeland security might come after me. Maybe I can try and get her some conjugal visits with my ex-wife since my mom seems to be her new advocate.

Ah Woggle... My mom (and dad) think my x husband is the greatest thing since sliced bread...so I know where you are coming from on that.

I think each divorce/break up where there are children involved should be looked at on an individual basis. Sometimes, the father is the more stable of the two parents, sometimes the mother. In this case, from what I'm reading the father is the more stable. I have sole custody of my two children, my x knew I would leave Germany (he is German) and move back to the states and he gave me custody. In this case, we only know the OP's point of view, we don't know mothers side. However, she left him and the baby for another man. She left her child and she left her husband. It seems to me as if this woman has had success in breaking boundaries and not having to pay any consequences for her behavior.

My point is, that she is shirking her responsibilities of taking care of her daughter now, feeding, clothing, etc. to be out running around with someone else. By the way, I'm NOT one of those liberal that you have mentioned, IMO, I'm probably one of the kinda people you would ever meet, but, I cannot stand by while someone is being beaten down like this, it almost sounds like you're blaming Robkris for what has happened, he hasn't even shown any fault yet in this situation.

Ok people I think I need to clarify some stuff. My stbex does live only a mile down the road and does have a car. I don't stop her from seeing the baby ever and no she doesn't try and see her more than the days we agreed upon. I'm sure she does want to see the baby more but only if it doesn't inconvenience her. For example I tried this weekend for the ex to keep her an extra hour when she has the baby and for the baby to sleep over her house on friday. All I got was "I can get the baby ready for bed and still bring her back at 7" instead of the 8 I suggested. Then she told me she has plans on friday so she can't take the baby overnight. I had asked her 3 weeks ago if she wanted to start keeping her overnight on friday? My wife use to be grade A number 1 mother. I am not saying she is a bad mother now just that our daughter isn't top on her list anymore. Sure she feeds her mcdonalds almost everytime they go out (i hate that) and they usually just go to walmart or the mall. But as long as they spend time together I am OK.

As far as child support, alimony, custody. I have a lawyer, I live in the house with the baby, she left (says I kicked her out?), she pays me child support, all bills and such are out of her name and in mine solely, there is nothing joint anymore. She doesn't have a lawyer yet, probably won't get one due to financial reasons. Was I hurt yes, was I mad, yes, do I want her to get what's coming to her, yes. But it's not for me to do. Just the fact that she doesn't live with her daughter and might not have a place to stay at all soon is going to hit her one day. I am not a spiteful person. All I want is for my ex to start her new life and establish a great place for our daughter to go when she is with her mother. I did ask for sole custody because in the beginning it seemed like her mother could care less about the baby. But her mom is still her mom and she is going through some stuff right now. I figured she would lawyer up. Then we would come to an agreement about custody. I don't know what's going to happen.

Your clarification answered a lot of questions. I do wish you and your daughter the best. It sounds like you're doing all you can for the best.
