Guest
I'm kinda in a pickle. I am unsure of what to do about one of my classes...whether to drop it or not. I'm getting a C- right now before taking in account some missed assignments which will obviously lower my grade a bit. I need at least a C to transfer it. anyways. We have one more exam(100 pts.) and then our final (200 pts.) as well as the remaining weekly quizzes and homework. I'm unable to take anymore time from work to get additional help because I'm already at my minimum hours for insurance as it is so I can't reduce my hours. This class is Chemistry by the way and although I do understand some parts of it more than others, being where we are at the moment is still really confusing because you need to know all that other stuff beforehand so catching up is kinda hard to do. Although its a waste of money now, I am probably just going to retake it at the school where I'm transferring to and for now just work 40hours instead to make more money. Its my own lazy fault for not realizing that this class takes a lot more than what I thought...which makes me feel like a failure and dissapointed in myself. School has been so stressful and I'm not even at the school I'm transferring to yet and I'll have at least 3-4 more years there and its a really expensive school and my only option in the area for what I'm going for. Needless to say I don't have the privelage of having my school paid for so I'm doing it all on my own. In other words...lots of debt when finished...not to mention they're increasing student loan rates by 1% every year. I just love how they make it so easy for everyone to get a better education. anyways...just venting.
