alone2b Posted November 8, 2006 Share Posted November 8, 2006 im female 23 yrs old. my height is 5'2. i love eating foods but ones i got a piece thats it. i dont like to et no more. a prepared to eat vegies and fruits but im not a vegetarian. my metabolism is fast too. and i walk a lot because of my job. i want to know how to gain weights really fast because im skinny. and i dont like it. they always think that im only 16 to 17 years old. i need an advice. There are a lot of healthy ways to gain weight properly, but I think you should talk to a doctor or a nutritionist. You could always look on the net but it might not be good info. Yoohoo Posted November 8, 2006 Share Posted November 8, 2006 I agree with Touche. When you eat 5-6 small meals per day, you can eat more and gain more weight. Maybe look into weight gainer shakes with lots of protein...usually they are made from egg or milk protein. Link to post Share on other sites
