jimbeck Posted November 13, 2006 Share Posted November 13, 2006 ************During the summer I had a strong urge to get a hold of an old ex gf of mine whom I hadn't spoken with or seen to two years. I had no contact info on her, so I stopped in where one of her friends worked and after asking about her, he went on how she was doing well. I guess he could tell I wanted to hear from her, so he said for me write my number down and he would relay it to her next time he heard from her. Now since she and I ended communications after after a big argument, I thought it would be doubtful I'd hear from her. ******Three months passed I didn't hear from her and I thought well she's still mad at me. I was curious, so I went back to where her friend works. I thought he would say that she just didn't really want to hear from me or something like she was getting engaged and it just wasn't a good idea. However that wasn't the case, I go in and before I can say anything he asks if I heard from her. I say no, and he notes that she called him several times since I was there last and even visted there a few times. Then he goes on to say that he hasn't talked to her too much. Then for some reasons he mentions that her mother still has that same number and goes on to say that he has my number taped to his phone and the next time she calls he'll be sure to relay it to her and that she and I should talk. The only thing I think is that when she called him he missed her calls but then it doesn't make sense why he would ask me if heard from her if he didn't relay her my number. So whats going on here?
