Oh, my meat gravy is not disgusting either, BTW, you just have to drain off most of the fat, but you need a little fat for flavor. And you have to brown up the goopy stuff before making gravy, or else I see your point of how it could be described as disgusting. That stuff has almost a lavender color to it.
