I practically had a nervous breakdown this weekend because I kept checking my ex's status, and then when he wasn't online i used a block checker because i was convinced he had blocked me! It's not healthy.. and it will only make you feel worse. If you have to check, do so every couple of days..otherwise.. wait it out and if she checks a couple more times, go with the plan we talked about and drop her that comment. Try your best not to go on her page.. you see can see what its doing to you.
