Her love for me was always unconditional, her heart always did the talking. Mine is selfish, self-gratifying and self-centered. How could I be so stupid ? She offered me her continued friendship last time we talked, and I know I will take it. I owe it to her and the love I have for her to always be there for her, and support any decision she makes. Unconditionally. There will always be that thought that if we had just met earlier, she had been single, etc, etc, but those are fantasies we share, unspoken thoughts. I think we can really make this friendship work, take it to another level. That is all due to her patience, her understanding, her tolerance, and above all her love.
