Starr1
How's it going ladies and gents I was reading a topic a while ago about weight loss, diets etc and I found that quite a few people agreed that exercising naturally suppresses your appetite. Now, whenever I train for soccer(football:p) and do other exercise to maintain and improve fitness, I usually do go all out till I collapse and breathe heavily. Problem is, after my training session, one of my actual games or random sprints/jogs, I'll have an enormous appetite, not so much straight after my exercise but maybe 10 to 15 minutes after, enormous as in a couple sandwiches(something equivalent to a lunch meal). Now, I was always taught that when you get your heartbeating and your circulation is fast, this consumes energy (sugar in the bloodstream, carbs, fat cells etc) which hence, makes you hungry (hence why some people are hungry after sex:p ). So, the question is, what do you think is so different about me and my mates compared to a lot of people on here whose appetite is suppressed? My mates and I are 20 years old by the way, we aren't built (muscular wise), some of us have some trimming of fat to do to lighten our weight to gain speed but all of us are quite fit and can jog/sprint a long way compared to other people we know. Must be the 90 minute soccer games
