I am thinking of enrolling in a gym. Could anyone suggest a regimen for me to lose my gut? At least a one hour regimen. Thanks in advance.

There are so many tips and tricks selling you should be able to find something that would work best for you. One persons advice may good for them but work the exact opposite for you.

You can't spot reduce. You can build and strengthen your muscles in a certain area which can improve your appearance. But to lose fat you'll need to exercise (jog, bike, etc.) and/or watch your diet. Also, increasing your muscle mass will make your body use more calories.

 

How much are you over weight? I think you'll see results doing just about any exercise if you keep with it. I think most people do a combination of aerobic exercise and weight training.
