We continued to hang out as friends and hook up until I went out of town for a month. I got back yesterday and I've really been wanting to see him but he hasn't contacted me yet. I MISS HIM SO MUCH. Do you guys think it would be ok to call him, or should I wait for him to call me? Keep in mind that while I was gone he initiated all the contact. I got about a phone call a week from him, all nice friendly conversations and he mentioned wanting to come visit me when I got back. I should wait, right? Why I ask is that it will be difficult to sustain a friendship with someone that you still have feelings for especially when both of you have already broken up. From reading your post you seem slightly confused and flustered and are questioning whether or not you should phone him or wait for him to phone you. I'm in the "dating each other and dating others" trap so I have to be really careful not to show too much interest. Let me know what happened. We're here for you--stay strong!
